Jesaolim84, they need 5 days market average price to determine the price for private placement. If the market price is too high then the placement price is too high. If not mistaken they cannt give too much discount on that price, so hard to get buyer to buy.

They just want to maintain the price at current level only. No intention to push higher because if the price is too high no buyer will show interest in their private placement.

Today flonic has Summited letter for private placement to SC to get approval. Expected time duration is about 2 weeks to get the proval letter.

They are waiting for the approval letter from SC to approve their private placement after that only they will push up or maintain the share price at current level. Most likely the placement price will fix at 10 cents which is 5% discount from the 5days average price at around 10.5 cents.

By looking at the sell q, you will get it at 10.5 for sure. Today the share price might drop to 10 cents.
