If the takeover story is real then the share price will to further drop because the interested party will push it down further to collect the share. Agree. Presbhd even though is depend on gov project but indeed it is very profitable and generous in dividend payment around 50 % earning use to pay dividend. This company currently is undervalue.

Take over price fixed at around RM 890 million, i.e 1.4 time the book value of the entire investment banking and stockbroking business excluding the assets like investment In E & O & some property management. The take over price in to believe around RM 1.10 per share for the banking & stockbroking business only WITHOUT assets.
