First profit taking for PRC (PP party) is at 0.03! Carefully planned. Everybody in the losers’ pool will have to accumulate Lambo at 0.03 bcos of the potential gain after the completion of the private placement exercise. More so if the PRC identity is very reputable.

Looks like I am right about the PP not being completed. You can look at the announcement of further 20% (based on current issued shares) placement . Previous 20% and this 20% will make up to 30% of the original proposal for PP. The end of the 6 months moratorium is coming soon and after this Lambo will be very active, UPS and DOWNS , maybe not below the PP purchase price. Lambo owners are in the winners pool with billions of shares. We will be playing in the losers pool. Good luck everybody. I am very fortunate to have not been greedy for my cost was all the way below the PP ‘s purchase price.

Looking at the daily trading after the PP 20% dilution, I believe the 10% have yet to be administered? Otherwise, this counter would be heavily traded ups and downs!

I am sure that all the names listed by DREARY (Scenery) have bought Lambo at 0.05-0.010. We are all actually quite safe since a bulk of the shares (By PP party) were purchased at 0.0275. Our losses were only from Netx and some expensive Lambo (0.045-0.065) shares. Most of us would have taken the losses from Netx. DREARY I think is a big loser who is angry at Lambo.

Let us all look forward for a bright future with Lambo. It’s not going to be fast bcos many would take profit as soon as the opportunity is there. If we are smart, there are many who are smarter than us!

Scenery, Your understanding of the tranches of shares and their owners were not correct. That is why you are screwed up! You better check the meaning of moratorium! I have the call for EGM in front of me.

Scenery, I don’t know if you have the list of shareholders, I think there are many large share holders having less than 5% since 2018. So, the millions of shares traded do not require SC approval. Everything that you said is perfectly legal. Nothing is wrong! You just got it wrong by assuming that the PP, Owner, and employee of Lambo are one entity.
