Myeg current market cap of 7billion , if we take 5 years revenue its about 2bil revenue = 2/7

if we look at iris 5 years revenue its about 1bil now if you include NIIS project worth 1.2bil (not including maintenance) if you include maintenance of roughly 40mil a year Iris 5 years revenue would be around 2.1b in the next 5 years. At current market cap Iris revenue would be 2.1/1.3 , Do you think its possible a company with 2.1bil revenue will maintain its market cap at only 1.3bil? it would definitely grow to at least 3bil market cap. In other word it share price can only go north.

current market cap 1.3billion share price 43.5c, at 3bil market cap Iris would be worth RM1.35 which is stil lless than half of MYEG current market cap

before Covid in 2019 Iris already make more than 10mil per Quarter without NIIS, with NIIS it would be at least 30m per quarter (conservative estimate)

Funny just because you bought MYEG, had MYEG won Niis you would sing a different tune , if MYEG won NIIS and because you bought MYEG , MYEG share price would go up but because you didt buy Iris and Iris won NIIS so , NIIS has no impact and Iris will go down

What is sell on news?

When a company announce MOU but has no tangible outcome from the announcement.
For example XoX announce MOU with Antchain

When a company call for press conference to announce new venture but no tangible outcome from the announcement
For example Anzo announce to go into Glove

This is not a blow water announcement or fake mou , the news is that Iris successfully completed the bid for Niis project worth 1.2b from Home Ministry that will commence on 1 of March 2021.

If tuesday morning gap up more than 45c, which is Iris biggest resistance its not impossible to limit up and reach 0.735.

Trade cautiously we are holding a company that has confirmed to bag a billion ringgit project for the next 5 years. Assuming that profit margin is at 30%, Iris would make at least 80mil per year. In 2019 Iris precovid make about 45mil Profit after tax. Estimate if 2022 Iris would make at least 100mil a year or 25mil per quarter. You decide if its overvalued or undervalued

Myeg market cap is 7bil - with profit about 200mil a year
Iris current market cap is 1.3bil , with Iris they will make about 100mil a year. Do you think if Iris profit is half of Myeg its market cap deserve to be at least half of Myeg too?. Assume Iris has half of myeg market at 3.5bil, Its share price will definitely have fair value of RM1.20
