Seriously, we don’t mean to gorek your money here, just pity your blood sweat money manipulated by ppl. In personal, I never expect the portions hold by us can make a huge impact to the price. I’m holding 2k blots at this moment with avg .536 which I’m still looking toward to the chance to further average while ppl panic selling. My sincere advise to the person who precious your money, hold your shares now bcoz you won’t able to know when you can buy back with the same price later.

For illustration purpose,
Company A:
Nett value: 300mil
Unit of shares: 300mil

After asset acquisition,
Nett value: 1200mil
Unit of shares: 300mil + 600mil

I hope this will help those ppl don’t understand how the conversion happen. But please take note there will be a scenario B happen also, which is redemption,

A company should only give dividend when there is no further expansion/research on improvement can be done on their business, a very good sample "Nestle". Hibi have their direction to expand their business, that the reason of generated profit being used on asset acquisition.

@Shayng you may google it, theres alot of the historical data telling how the company grow after the crps issued. In the term of share price, its also significantly push up.

Dilution, dilution, do you guys really understand the term of dilution? Read the reports, the value of shares are not impacted under both situation of shares redemption and conversion. What make ppl think the directors/big boss will sacrifice their own asset? Don't you forgot about who is the biggest holder of their shares? Most probably the sharks will enjoy to see when you think your shares was diluted and panic selling. Play smart, don't let the bastard to gorek your bloodsweat money.
