This company owned the land of Lai Meng school in Jalan Ampang,slated for new developments around 1.8 billions, with 2 60 storey towers, the land if sold is worth around 3,000 ringgits psf, generated a hugh profit potential.definately worth accumulating around MYR1 as directors is buying, keep an eye for future happening.TP 1.60

I have done some research and my colleagues in China,have confirmed that this is a solid and respectable company with a huge operation in China.
I have accumulated quite a big position recently at around 28 cents, I think this is a good investment, with strong upside potential.
Annual earnings is strong and only selling at a P/E of 1.5 current earnings.
The share price will be under pinned by a strong dividend payout of 6% pa and with a dividend cover of 5 times.
If This was not a China stock, will be price at least $1.50 based on Malaysian valuation.
