TM paid and CELCOM FREE OF DEBT. TM Paid, MANDATORY TAKE OVER and no more court case.

CELCOM before 2005 was a making loss company with RM600M debt. To save CELCOM, TM merged with CELCOM and cleared the debt. Once take over, TAJUDIN RAMLI AND HIS OTHERS TOP MANAGEMENT have to leaved and replaced by SHAZALY.... During Shazaly time, CELCOM turnaround to be profitable company until now.

Or DL could come back buyback later.
