Agreed wth statements made by boss cz not only Gold px but QTR adjustment n increase in production.
The selling point are always be th contra player but of cz the buying points is the future Mining area.

CPO Px up but production are low due to long wet monsoon n poor forward selling by marketing .Felling for replanting will slow down n cost of felling will be much higher.
Some small plantations cannot perform even though when px are highest in 2022.It happened to Rimbunan,Dutaland n TDM.
Don't get cheated by CPO px cz lots of things to consider.

Based on Age Profiles,rough estimated RSAWIT palm ages are above 20 years are 40% which less productive excluding young immature which r less productive too.The issue r less crop productions this coming years n what will happen to their mill utilisation?. U all understand how to calculate estimated roughly or not 87k Hect wth 42% palm ages over 20 yes.
Replanting will effect productions n inccured huge cost.U understand or not the replanting just itself till first 3-4 years @young immature process n cost for RSawit.
NO SCHOOL t's not about comparing Gold or CPP s.o it's problems small plantations are facing.
