@Eagle77 do you know what is the capacity of the power plant for ECRL? 1GW? 2GW? i'm not very good in engineering and i do not know how much the ECRL will consume....

think the LOA should be very soon since the ECRL has to be operational by 2027, so it means Cita&Reneu have about 3 years to build the power plant which is roughly the timeframe needed for a hydro plant. Solar should be faster as long as land land is available....note that MASDAR is also going 2 develop a 2GW RE plant in pahang together with Cita, there are rumors that this is also part of the power generation for ECRL.......

9m done already, 5 more to go, or maybe 5m will DBT later at 0.16 or higher? Usually after AL, there will be a DBT, last few times they DBT at 0.16.... what does it mean? it means that Triton converted and DBT to someone who is wiling to take in at 0.16.....then sell off in the market around 0.18++ but who is absorbing in the market? for that kind of volume certainly not bilis like us to absorb

Citaglobal’s 1.5 is due to share consolidation. Ill be happy if reneuco can be 0.8

Right now what we know is that the RCB is being issued in small tranches, likely to prevent heavy selling as well, also bursa only approved the listing of 1.1 billion of new shares via conversion of RCB at a issuance price of 0.3, it also means that if reneuco needs the full MYR 350 million of funding, they need to pull up the share price

Hopefully after the initiation MRL will announce the award of IPP project to reneuco and citaglobal…. Maybe thats why friday operator chose to wash?

Serba bought OHP ventures for the Laos project and not involve in day to day operations of OHP, serba has no more connection to kpower, mustakim and karim likely not on talking terms anymore, u asked karim to resign from chairman post and u take over, still can be friends meh?

That is because of timing of recognition, that is why park it under contract assets for now because contract assets are work performed and delivered partially but thwre r parts that r still work in progress and hence not realized under revenue, EPCC companies recognize revenue base on progressive billing, u can google up contract assets and read abit

@TreeTopView, contract value will keep reducing as the company completes the contracts, if u read their latest QR u can see contract assets have increased by around 70m which is about 10% profit margin on the 750m of contract completed, do you guys expect contract values to remain stagnant over the course of business? Surely they will complete and the values will reduce right ?

Ya thanks for highlighting that serba and scib both fell into losses due to fake projects and irrecoverable receivables where as kpower recovered receivables and are running and completing their REAL projects while getting new ones in, a real company indeed. Thanks newtrader for highlighting this important fact finally u agreed that kpower is a genuine company

You only know how to read eps ? And forward pe? Can u click on the attachment and open up read the income statements and balance sheet, look for contract asset and see how much there and google what is contract assets and timing of recognition then only u perform your forwsrd PE calculation

Kpower’s AR got audited a d released on time without delays, there are no creative accounting to begin with only a fool like newtrader keep thinking it is creative accounting. This counter is hit by sentiment issue and their management shown shown the determination and will to cut ties with karim, shown contract winning abilities and continue to remain in profit despite all the challenges in construction sector, their projects r mostly local and government back how to fraud ? Newtrader how ?

Yea because construction sector really did slow down during june-dec period, due to mco n all, so likely wil be ramping up next few months

The fact that their AR can be out means figures are real from the start, stop relating everything under the sky, just because a family has 2 siblings and 1 is bad doesnt mean the 2’d is bad too, follow up on events and read up, karim no longer owns anything kpower is independent from the begining, since inception, karim is only a shareholder

Lower revenue recognized due to stringent SOP and lower man power allowed on site, RECEIVABLES REDUCED which means all projects r real and cash is flowing in (U LIKE SERBA AND SCIB), contract assets increased which means work done but not billed, QoQ PBT increased and they managed to stay in profit, i think this is a fairly good QR. they completed alot of work in 2021 which contributed to the better results and with completed works it means a depleted order book, obviously profit will be lower until they get new contracts in.

Please do not spread fear and panic, if u want to trash talk atleast do it with facts and figures
