I really don't see anything wrong with some people asking KYY some questions or having different views than him. Yes, there are some haters but some of the questions asked were legit. I will admit that KYY is a good businessman for founding a large company. How good of an investor is he? I don't know. It's not like he has a hedge fund or insurance company where you can verify his record. And even if he was very good, it's ok to have a different opinion than him. People certainly shouldn't insult you or ask you to shut up just because your investment record is not good as KYY.

Calvin, while your enthusiasm is good (it made me want to research more about this stock), I think you're way too optimistic. You said:

"But If Mulpha Build & Sell As Semi D Bungalows Profit Will Jump To

RM31.3 Billions! And 31.3 Billion rm divided by 2.13 bil shares

= A Whopping RM14.00 Per Share.

This Is Not Just A Theory. This Is Reality."

It does, however, cost money to build the houses, so it will not be pure 30 billion profit. Also not every single square feet may be sold, as one commentator said they may need to use some space for infrastructure. It's ok to promote a stock, but you should also talk about the risks and costs to give a fair picture. I personally have not researched the stock, so I don't know if it's good or bad. But it certainly does sound interesting.

Connie, I can't make promises. But if I think it's a good quality company I will do a write up on it. I also need to able to have some understanding of the industry or I don't think I can properly assess the company. If I do write it, I can't promise when exactly it will be done but generally about a week? If I do a write up on it, I will post a link on the forum. Thanks for bringing this company to my attention, ashamed to say I never heard of it (I have been focusing on international stocks all this while, just recently turned my attention to the bursa Malaysia; it seems I missed a lot of opportunities like buy Prestariang when it was cheap).

haha, glad you enjoyed my analysis. Well, my rant on facebook and girls was just as a joke. I try to insert humour in my articles so it doesn't get too dry or boring

Hi, I finished an analysis of Prestariang just this morning. I hope its ok with you guys if I shared a link to my analysis here. Really good quality company with awesome returns on capital, high margins, very strong profit growth (from ICT training and certification segment) and rock solid balance sheet with lots of excess cash. However, the run up in price this year makes it a bit expensive in terms of valuation. Wish I knew about this stock much earlier.

Hi guys, I wrote a research report on Kawan Food Berhad about 2 weeks ago. Anyway, I hope it's ok if I shared a link to my analysis here. Basically, I think the company has consistent decent returns on capital, a fortress balance sheet and reasonably valued. While the stock being at its highs makes me irrationally nervous, my analysis tells me that I'm getting good value (I could be wrong though). In the end I bought the stock as I think it should do ok over the long-term.

Hi Pradeep, I like the quarterly results. Manufacturing results were pretty good. And while profits are impacted by low ASP for CPO, I'm a glass half full kind of guy and there should be upside once ASP for CPO adjust to market prices (CPO prices have been getting better recently right? I'm not sure). While bulking division has lower volume, the impact on that division's profitability isn't too bad due to its high margins. I'm alright with the results all said and done

Hi, I just wrote a report on KLCC stapled earlier today. Basically a high quality property portfolio with pricing power and ability to raise rental rates. Very limited risk of facing high vacancy rates and trading at a pretty reasonable valuation as well. Someone shared my article on Kumpulan Firma on this site earlier this week and I got some favourable responses so I decided to post a link of my KLCCP analysis here. I apologize in advance if it's against the rules to share links from your own blog; I will delete my comment (if possible) if its against the rules. If not here's a shameless plug for my blog.
