If really possible value can go under 35 m then its impossible for netx to dilute share.lets take this scenario.company dilute 10 to 1.price will be turning to 35 sen.but the value still remain same.if they not doing something to appreciate the share price then risk of price share to go under would be higher and easier.any thoughts?
