if it is takeover plan then they should do it ASAP as when the QR report turn up positive then they need to pay higher to acquire.

Sardin81, the high traded volume is almost closed to a month. It is amazing. I have not seen something like this B4. I kena from compugt long time ago and promise myself not to invest in speculated counter. The price was not like KNM at all. no similarity on my observation.

Please do not put high hope on silly price as you mentioned. My expectation to KNM price as follows:


RM 0.35 is for sure with average 1st quarter report base on PER of 15

RM 0.40 to RM 0.60 is for sure because the recent awarding of many contracts and recovery of oil and gas industry.

RM 0.65 reflecting on KNM NTA

RM 0.65 to RM 1.00 If the above mentioned are continuing, provided 2nd quarter report still profitable and more and more intuition, group investment will be In which has already met their investment criteria with increase of revenue and 2 consecutive quarterly profit.

RM 1.00 to RM 1.30 if the company intends to exercise the warrant by pushing mother share up. so that the warrant holder will subscribe to mother share.

RM 1.30 to RM 2.00 depending how far KNM can generate its profit and revenue. with RM 2.00, KNM Market capital is already RM 5.2 Billion i think is not possible to achieve within the next 2 year. unless KNM can generate yearly profit of RM 347 Million basing on PER 15

Let's put our hope to surpass RM 0.40, 0.65, If any positive news with 2nd quarter profit by end of August 2019, then we should hold until RM 1.00

the first panic selling during the negative market sentiment on Trade wars went down as low as 0.325 but regained to 0.39 the same day if not mistaken. Ever since then , whatever trade wars la, bla bla bla la , it did not happen again. Some may sold it that price and hoping to pick up below that price i guess.

Market sentiment no good then everyone should run from share market la. why there are share prices going up? CI drop 17 point , and KNM drop only 1.5 sen. So what is the logic of shouting ??? many counters doing badly now but it will go back to normal . just a matter of time.
Treat investment is a part of your income la but not your main income as i believe all of us here have a 9 to 5 job where that is our main source of income.
I commented so much here is due to i have some bad experience in somewhere else where the " Share Gurus " aka lalang aka negative investors & etc provide their " valuable " info and make me earn much lesser where the share counter was solid good that time. The content they provide is exactly same as here. Chart la, graph la, syndicate goreng la, time to go out la, gut feeling la. all is their own imaginary data and cost me to exit way to early. I promised to myself then if i lock in a TP and unless it hit my TP or the real data show the company is going bad then only i will sell. for time being, i think KNM got great potential and i really do not want to regret by selling when i know i can sell higher than RM 1.

this market sentiment has made you lose your rationale. The IB will love to see market down due to news and there is where the panic selling is and they can buy and sell when market resume normal. You have to think like one of them. Perhaps you should attend some of the investment classes where the gurus will teach you to think like IB.
SP setia also drop from RM 3 to now RM 1.60. so what are you wanna say about this? IJM was once RM 3 plus per share then drop to RM 1.4 and now back to ard RM 2.30 and what do you wanna say ? i got my experience in KNM to share. i hope it help.
Couple of months before. I bought extra KNM shares 2 days before one of the QR shown 700 million lost. I panicked as the report was out only after 5pm and thinking the next day the share price will plumb. To my surprise the share price only drop 1 sen the next day. Fortunately we have people like Sardin and some of the sifus here posted the real reason the the losses then i began to hold and continuous to collect. That time the share price was only half of current price. of course there are many lalangs provide stupid comments such as drop by to 0.07 and PN17 and bla bla bla. This thing did not happen but the price went double. you decide whose information you want to trust. there are many ill-hearted people in this chat and their ill-intentioned comment can be ignored. They will be here continuously to poison your mind and weaken your will , just like devil. Again it is your choice to buy or sell.
Lastly , if one of the QR that shown 700 million losses and share price only drop 1 sen , why are you worry so much of the coming QR report?
