Looks good but depends. Lost making stock change to profit making. Factory change to property company. No liquid go liquid. If Nexgram goes to high price, then good value.

Looks like iretex shareholders benefit more. Lost making change to profit making. Factory change to property company. Not liquid shares change to liquid shares. If Nexgram price goes up then only worth the expensive exchange. Else iretex looks benefit more.
