Bob, I expect the PP to be issued in trenches. Because of unexpectedly conversion of WD were fully converted, PP was no longer needed at that time. Therefore the extension till 26/4/2022 is appropriated.
How do you know the plans of DNeX? How do you know Silterra is causing DNeX so much problem? Foxconn was willing to spend RM100 million to put a director on BOD.
No one is saying the whole 30% goes to single party.

Bob, based on the WD's conversion, the average price should be RM0.5 + average price of WD (RM0.25-0.30), therefore the price per share was already RM0.75-RM0.80. We know how to calculate. I don't know about you.

Bob, I am expecting DNeX to issue PP in trenches. DNeX must have some plans or some proposed acquisition to be announced. Yes, the PP may or may not be taken up. WD was fully converted unexpectedly. I am just a humble ikan bilis sharing what I think.

Supposedly all PP is being taken up at RM0.8, at least RM700 million will be raised. Don't you think that plans are already in place to use these fund? First question to ask is who are these local institutions who are able and interested in DNeX's PP?

I won't be surprise if he buys back at less than half of the price he disposed.

The suspension will remain until Serba Dinamik makes an announcement in compliance with the directive by Bursa. Who would know better than Datuk Awang Daud? The last time he acquired additional shares was on 23/4/2020 with total holding of 294,635,020 shares (9.61%). Since then, he has been disposing. Based on the last disposal on 11/10, his share holding stands at 9.904,000 shares (0.27%).

What is to come will come. The chance of EY presented a different outcome is remote and it seems that the finding by EY has been presented to the 3 independent directors at the end of September. The suspension is to force the BOD to announce the finding by EY. I take interest in Serbadk, because of the dispute between the KPMG and the BOD of the company. I am worry for you all.

Application to Bursa for the extension of time to implement PP was submitted on 4th October 2021. It could easily be in trenches. Either the share price is suppressed for the purpose of further collection for local institutions or for the lower PP price targeting local institutions. If the PP price is less than RM0.9, what do you think Foxconn will think?

Pushing down the price to collect will not work well this time because the majority has the same understanding that price at this level is totally undervalue.

It is just a matter of time and by how much. I am waiting for it to explode. The longer it maintains at this level, the higher it will go. The signal is trading vol.

Can you share what you are not UNCERTAIN about DNeX?

Probability is not exactly throwing a dice in term of risk. The probability for the dice to turn for any of the 6 numbers is the same. The more factor you know the small the risk you take. To minimise the risk is to weight the risk of the entry price against the return of the reward. You can be lucky and ignorant to make money but you can make more money to take fundamental knowledge of share trading.

The signal I am looking for is the trading vol.

Different stock has different fundamental and different management styles and so on. It is your risk to take at what level of share price you enter. The goal is to make money within "your targeted period of time".
