What about those warrants shares disposed by Censof? I understand that The group MB bought 158.78 million DNEX shares from Censof but he disposed off the warrants shares.

Moreover, Khoo Kok Seng disposed of 60 million shares @0.406 and 50 million warant shares @ RM0.201.

Most of you here seems to know better than the group MD of Dnex. He disposed off all his warrant at less tahn RM0.1.

Dnex is a good company with good future prospect but sometimes it takes time to digest. It can be assure of making profit if medium to longer term investment taking into consideration of already huge share price increase.

As long as there is no Vol, Censof will follow the trend of Dnex.

To Recap, Censof started to have transaction vol on 24/7 ( 72 million) @RM0.27, and 2 other days with vol of 44 million) the rest were less than 20 million daily vol of transaction. The highest price is RM0.35. As compared to DNEX, the high transaction vol started on 16/2/17 @ RM0.31 with vol ranges from 70 - 226 million. With the total shares of 1732 million, it has done well to push the share price up from RM0.31 to RM44.5 and closed at RM0.39. On the other hand, share price of Censof has not moved up much with thin transaction vol. Imagine if those who goreng Dnex shares decide to move to Censof, the sky is the limit. Dnex has achieved the high of RM0.445, that is the historical high since year 2007 Whereas Censof historical high share price at 2011 at >RM0.7. Much much room for Censof to move higher once minor consolidating phase completes.

For Censof, the current share price of RM0.325 is about the net asset price of RM0.3238. As for DNEX, the share price now is RM0.415 and the net asset is RM0.23

Censof is still steady. No panic selling. Vol is still low at 6.8 million. As compared to DNEX, the selling pressure is coming in because the vol is over 130 million. Dnex-wd is worst as the selling price pushes the vol to over 390 million.

My 1 cent comment is that Censof should be by now at RM0.6, if my explanation is resonable and acceptable. On the other hand, market has no logic.

Moreover, Censof still holds 17.94% of DNEX. In market cap, at 17.94%, the current value is RM136.78 million. Can some one explain to me which one is better, Censof or Dnex? Thanks

The net asset per share is RM0.3238 ( Censof) as compared to DNEX RM0.23. And yet the share price of DNEX is 33% higher.

Total total of shares for Censof is 501 miilion @0.2 and at current price of RM0.335, the market cap is only RM167.8 million. Comparing to DNEX, the total shares is 1,732.891 million and at current price of RM0.44, the market cap is RM762.472 million. That is about 5 times higher.

Consolidating at small vol with -3% price is normal. There is no sign of huge selling pressure building up. Even for Dnex-wd, the huge selling pressure is absorbed.

Support at yesterday closing price for both Censof & Dnex group. Good sign. But selling pressure is on Dnex-wd as the transaction vol is already 80 million.

Censof has already started consolidating yesterday. More pressure on DNEX.

Censof & Dnex may drop today for consolidation phase for the next level. Will know in half an hour time.

Talking about goreng. It is much easier to goreng Censof than DNEX. Total shares for Censof & Dnex are 501 million and 775 million respectively. Similarly, it is much easier to goreng Censof-Wb & Dnex-Wd due to less shares in the market. I believe if really goreng Censof & Censof-Wb, they will fly. Therefore, assuming it is goreng, Price of Censof should easier reach above 0.38 this week. My 1 cent comment.

Comparing Censof to IFCAMSC, 3 quarters profit B4 tax ( Censof) RM90.512 Million, Net asset per share is RM0.3238 with total of 501 million shares. Current price RM0.285. As for IFCAMSC, 4 quarters is RM0.867 million, Net asset per share is RM0.17 with total of 608 million shares. Current price is RM0.48. Any Logic?

There is very little logic in share market. Current price for Censof-WB iis 0.115. To convert to Censof, need to top up 0.46 = 57.5. Price of Censof is 0.285, that is 50% discount based on WB current price.

No news. Closing at 35.5 is already bad news. later on with news worse still. Contra players buying 36-37.5 on 22/2 & 23/2 will be due on next Tuesday & Wednesday. Better pray hard for better news.
