The quarterly result is not as good as expected. The only positive item I see is Cash and Cash Equivalents as at end of financial period RM739.311 million.

The concern I have is the 359 million shares transferred from Zainal Abidin Abd Jalil to Annedjma Capital. Could the quarterly result be better than expected ( creative accounting) to sell to the open market?

The share price will be narrow range-bound +- RM1.1 till some clearer path for group MD to take in Silterra and Ping.

The problem with the press release yesterday was that it will need $$$ to fund for the development in the next 2-3 years the earliest before the benefit can be realised.

Dividend is not the reason to push up to RM1.10.

If the share price maintains around RM1.1, possibility of in the process of "changing hand" is high unless there is some sort of business development or announcements.
