During the recent AGM, this question of consolidation was raised. The CEO mentioned the so call consolidation is still premature at this point in time. Complete restructuring is high on the agenda so that the White Knight can come in with Capital Injection.

Proposed Restructuring Scheme is on target and will be table out again in our EGM around Nov – Dec 2023. White Knight will come end of this year or early next year. Formal Letter has been received in Feb 2023. Detail on White Knight will be announced when SE secured the target milestone. Board is confidence to resolve current debt and confidence to exit PN17.

Just be patience and continue let our honest and hard working PEOPLE in Sapura complete their work.

As a shareholder, all we need to do is to continue Goyang Kaki after all these 13,000 employee in 20 countries, such as China, Australia, United States of America, Western Africa and the Middle East are working for us...

Brent next resistance is US53.90..if this resistance is broken then it shall test US56.34.

Sapura can hit 15c if brent hits US52 soon.Its has great upward potential next year as rig count is down and with rising crude demand post Covid will cause upward movement of oil prices possibly to US 65 per barrel since it will take time to increase rig count worldwide causing demand to increase faster than supply(shortage).
Must will depend on the speed of economic recovery based on mass vaccination.A sharp decline in Covid cases will cause oil prices to spike up faster.
As oil prices recover due to supply shortage,capex of oil firms will increase and this will bode well for Sapura as their order book will swell.

Warren Buffet is BULLISH on oil and gas.Purchased Dominion Energy,he certainly knows what he is doing.

Analyst have underestimated this counter ...no worries cos many counters have moved up north due to news and irrespective of negative analyst reports.Analysts have been proven wrong many times.

Next Sapura will hopefully test 17c after QR announced.Analyst so far have not UPGRADED their assessment of TP but this upward rerating will happen soon after news of news of latest quarter financial results and debt restructuring.HOLD tight .
