Issue billion shares to esos and private placement and do share consolidation with right issue to raise more money from shareholders. Minority investors suffer huge losses due to these scam. Managed talked a boss who owns a freight management company. The shipping fee for 20 feet container rose 3x till ~ 1300+ since Oct 2020.
Another round of surge will happen on next year.
