Connie -For now you have to keep it on or the " wound " will heal and eventually close.. Or you would keep trying to poke a hole in it again with your earring and it will fester (worst case scenario)
I used to have 3 on each side when I was younger but now only have one on each side as the others have closed up

You can eat anything.
As to oils and such just a tiny bit of coconut oil daily and I think someone here mentioned ginger..
As to earrings please stick to gold platinum and the like for a while. Don't use the other metals for now until the wound heals. Some people can be allergic to them and you don't need that at this stage ..

Seph... I'm trying that now. Seems difficult when both parties are on different time scheds due to clients. Nowadays I'm just chilling and selling property. Not much in the market so no longer have to be glued to the screen.

Seph. I think we both do well and yes bf doing extremely well
But doing well sometimes means we don't hv as much time for each other as we used to.

Just sold off Hexza at 0.91 and Salcon at 0.88 these past couple of days but not looking to buy anything Connie. Will watch and see how it goes.
