this is because the OR will be converted to ordinary share in the future and thus the extra ordinary share will diluted the shareholding of the shareholder therefore reduce the share price.

hi taka, regarding the question that i ask few days ago, about the details that need to provide to the bank in order to get the bank draft, i found that the Form required more information than just EAH RIGHTS ISSUE ACCOUNT, such as beneficiary's bank , particular of benefictiary, and payment details. May i know how to fill up the form?? i ask the girl at the bank but she seems like clueless about what to fill in in the form........

but the OR come with the free warrant, its worth more ...

1 more question, may i know when i buy the bank draft from the bank for this right issue, what details that i need to provided to the bank? cause i dun see any account number in the RSF. After that, is it secure to send these subscription form and bank's draft via pos laju to the share registrar??
