What I know is that Keck Seng is among te top 10 major shareholders (more than 2 millions shares) in Chin Teck Plantations which is also cashrich. It is also a johor based company which holds vast plantation land NS, Pahang and Kelantan. Cheers!!!

Understand that the company will still have to cough out funds from their own cash reserves to enjoy the Tax credit where shareholders can have tax exempt dividends. If the Directors still refuse to dilute the company cash reserves, there's nothing much, we, the minority holder can do. As such their cash reserves remain strong.From my point of view the company shares has been cornered and no more liquid. We may expect some other good news to be out soon if not the special dividend.
