I use wrong year number to make the calculation.

Anyway, base on pipeline RM 2 billion (per Dr Yeoh statement) and lets say 2 year project and 15%. Per year 1B revenue and net profit of 150M.
It is around 1.8X from Mitra.

But if use the info from financial report+newly awarded project, it is around 727M pipeline. Lets use same assumption and per year is around 54M and it is 0.6X lesser than MItra.

zbaikitree ,sorry for one more stuff.
I go study again on MItra and just discover that the MItra net profit of 78M is accumalative of 3Q. so estimate per month is around 8M of profit generated.

Use current pipeline of 2B for instacom, lets say no more new project injected and use 15% profit to count, per month will contribute around 25M, so it is actually 3X of MItra profit.

So market cap should worth 3X from Mitra? Current INstacom market cap is 655M only.

if we use 15% as net profit ( i think should enough?) , then the pipeline need at least to increase to 4B. then just entitle same market value as Mitra which is 700M?

zbaikitree ,current pipeline accordingly to Dr.Yeoh is 2B, lets say no more new project injected and use 20% profit to count, per month will contribute around 16M, so estimate 48M and is around half of Mitra.
So market cap of Mitra is 700M and means Instacom should only worth for market cap of 350M?

But Dato Nor Ahmin and doctor Yeoh now still is not the major shareholder in Instacom.

Daz, actually I have read some old story about Instacom.There is some cases happen last time which the management announce good revenue and good profit in future to public but self dispose a lot of share and warrant in market.So no credibility.

i don't know whether the join of Dr. Yeoh will bring what change to thee management team. Maybe same as them, collapse and black. Or influence them and grow the company.
It is still a long story and need time to observe.
