thanks calvin. i search the g residence e-brochures, really good design, i like it. First share i bought is gsb 120 lots @ 0.115, 2nd share is also gsb 150 lots @ 0.13, cause last month gsb shoot up suddenly, i thought gsb time is coming,then i bought at a higher price. no regret,but is a valuable lesson for me to remember, stay calm & no panic. finally, 3rd share is also gsb, bought 870 lots @ 0.115. all eggs i put in one bucket. hehehe, but i feel so confident in calvin research. gambateh!!!

calvin, how is the g residence sales performance? u said gsb still got 18 properties haven revalued , 2003 price. normally how many years must a company revalue? i thought is 5 years? have a nice day..^^

Bjcorp is 0.51, icul cheaper. How can i earn from buying icul? I call to ask my dealer, but he just ask me dont touch the icul or wb. I just want to learn and understand, but he refuse to teach me.
