what am I trying to highlight here was the savings that suma make for the same assets after reading stmt on Suma n Petronas today. Suma need the BE to avoid drilling new well that wl escalate the cost per barrel. By doing 15 current well at Raku and 26 over BE that on prod. That wl make Suma busy this year while waitg the oil price to move up. Suma want to pick a low hanging fruit first at this difficult time for O&G..... he..he... even Giant like Petronas was caught as they thought that oil wl start downtrend this year 2015 and not 2014. Their Canada oil sand was lucky since at planning stage. It is a miracle if only Suma excape the downtrend. As for Suma, you wl see if 'the Boss' got 'energy' to push it to above station 45 but this is not an advice to buy or sell. As I said before someone loading the bullet but not the retail player.

Open yr eyes while we stocking our bullet waitg for the so called 'Suma Blood Bath' that is a mth due. Only few retail still holding the shares and reluctant to let go in losses while foreign investor still on break. Who do u think holding the most shares? Russia is one of the biggest holder of US Treasury Bond that could spoiled US move if Russia dump it to the market and wl make brent oil drop from 60 to 55 but that was 2 weeks story on why I said becareful that suma could reversed to 15. Now after Saudi hv indicate 80 on their budget that wl make oil rebound to 70-75 level but not as quick as before as shale wl spoiled any drastic move. New tech on oil production hv changed the oil price momentum. As per Suma, time for some to reload the bullet.

Saudi hv to accept the fact that low oil price wl only kill the ofshore player rather than onshore shale oil producer ....he...he... Politically, US got something on ukraine from russia and saudi got iran to reduced their financial support to syiah rebels around middle east. 60 seems a good compromised level on both side.
