The answer is major markets esp DJI put pressure on commodities as inflation will hurt every one. Market want to put down over speculative and price much follow rules of supply and demand, a bit higher or lower OK.

Last round I did make more than 40k, wanted to hang on till pass my 1st TP 0.9 but I notice everyone starts to take profit so I sell on the 2nd and 3rd day from peak price 0.855.

Starts collecting in small quantities yesterday and today.

It's actually 1.145 of whole year net profit

More than 0.8 i estimates.

Retracement will be minumum. Steel futures keep moving up. Lsteel will be well supported above 0.72.

I only have stake in lsteel, prestar and lb. I see operator will lure sellers lower be4 pushing up again.

I guess ding doing within 1.1 ~~ 1.3 before coming qr Good for trading.

I sincerely promote this counter when price at 0.5++. Strongly recommend when price moving from 0.6 as I see momentum picking up. That's why I say 0.6 to 0.665 buyers advantage just 2 days ago.

0.84 is a year highest resistance, manage to break but can't sustain. I believe 1 or 2 try should see price enter 0.9 band.

At 0.855 I almost got myself 1 new myvi and I did not even que cos I'm aiming for x50 mah.

Seriously talk, overall today is very good 4 lsteel as price increase by 11.11% with expanding volumes and each price perfectly filled up. Today average volume price is 0.8 as closing price.

Today both LS and SSteel finish champion among steel ctns. LS finished 1st in split sec by percentage. Now can see market compansating due to its lagging in price.

I can say really big players on board and new owners ship change hand at 0.8. Its all depends on these players ( contra, margin, speculator, punter, investor or WC followers).

I dun have the answer now, but if retract below 0.765 then yes. My style not fast in fast out but rather identify potential ctn and buy in before big movement comes.

If today bear bear didn't came, Lsteel might closeed at 0.855 which is close to my 1st TP 0.9

Excelyou, agree with you that 2021 theme is steel.

But I need to correct u as Engtex is water theme like Puncak, Gkent, fitters and KPS.
Core business is more like big hardwares shop with 1 stop water solutions. ( distribution & wholesale). Manufacturing is on iron ductile pipes and valves. They don't produce steel and only distribute it.

Increase in iron, steel, copper actually make they end product expensive. So an increase in ASP for steel wouldn't reflect in its qr.

Why not u consider joining Lsteel cos with price almost equal u could enjoy the following :

1) bigger ownership with same amount invested
2) double dividend of engtex 0.075 ( very consistent yearly)
3) true steel theme play
4) very much lower PE

I already hints somebody quietly collecting ur cheap shares while price below 0.6 buy still many sellers. Maybe are some unties uncies who do not access to forum.

Many complaint counter too dull, but I see big opportunities in lsteel which I consider 2nd tier steel company that r very much lagging behind.
Among the group Tashin, leonfb, ays already accelerate/break away ahead.

Now everyone want a big chunk of lsteel!!

I share the same thoughts with Thomas. Its not only steel but others building material had inflated in prices. I hope there is VOP ( variations of price) clause in contracts to absorb the increased in cost.

That prompted me to take profit and switch / add more to my existing steel portfolio.

If no action, I too suffer paper lost this round but I can say TCS is in good hand.

Crude steel price had appreciated by 23% from beginning of year per Mt. Demand is at 4 years high.

Lsteel currently is running at half load, with increasing demands and better margin it not surprise coming qr net profit is 0.8 of Fy2020 in total.

Recently dividend is Interim 1.5 cents and possible another final dividend 4 shareholders.

TASHIN result show 1600% increased qtq and 100% more than previous qr.

Dun miss the chance!!!

Recently anti dumping duties from Vietnam and Indonesia will see MITI will continue protective policy towards our country steel industries which likely announce by Azmin in May.

Once comfirm, the fundamental and prospect of lsteel and others are secured at least couple of qtrs.

Consider myself in serious position and entry point not far from today closing price, since I enter early March 2021.

How come I know : from experienced.

1) buy into Mycron @ 0.285 small positions ( to date nill)
2) AYS - Few times successful trades
3) Leonfb @ 0.4 small positions - nill now
4) Prestar @ 0.455 seriously position where I mostly sell off at rm1 which I deeply regreted. Now holding less than initial 15%

For prestar, I forsee a good chance for bonus issues soon.

5) Lbalum ( aluminium) @ 0.590 seriously position. 50% holding to date

Due to limited fund, the above are the only companies I had enter with satisfactory return.

From my observations, I notice someone purposely blocked at 0.62 with bigger seii q when immediate upper selling q are small during opening trade.

This cause some impatient sellers to disposed their holding lower with range of 5000 to 30000 per transactions even when buyers are willing to offer higher price eg 0.610 today.

On the other hand, there is others slowly collecting at lower price and prefer price remain stagnant. I believe once they have enough tickets price will rocket from here.

For those who want to cash out, if can hold for 1 or 2 days or better q at higher than 0.62 and see how the silent accumulators react. Then u will have a clearer picture of the where LSTEEL will heading to.

Invest_888, steady man, I can assure that price would not retract below RM1.
