On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 29 March 2022 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 75,000,000 Placement Shares, being the second tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.0456 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 19.86% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 28 March 2022 of RM0.0569, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
