Maju Offshore Capital Sdn Bhd has ceased to be loss-making Bina Puri Holdings Bhd’s substantial shareholder after it sold a 2.96% stake in the company for RM4 million. Maju Offshore Capital offloaded the stake comprising 100 million shares via a direct business transaction on Monday. A check with Bloomberg showed that a block of 100 million Bina Puri shares was traded at four sen apiece or a cumulative RM4 million on Monday — a 50% discount to that day’s closing price of eight sen. —

A ten years of BPuri history told us:

1. Before this, BPuri have won projects worth billion, but BPuri have lost four years in a row.
2. Since 10 years ago, BPuri's NTA from RM1.00 has become 2.6 sen... BPuri's management is really a "killer"....
3. Continously, BPuri was good at making losses and increasing NOSH only.
To maintain financial and operations stability, BPuri did private placements and RI..
4. To be safer from the risks of PN17, BPuri is proposing to do a share consolidation exercise.

As per my observation, there was none of direct insider (the parties which is the director, principal management or substantial shareholders whom must report to BURSA if any shareholding changes had occured). No filings @BURSA from entire Disember 2023 until today.
None of any bad news has been filed at BURSA on the same date...

I concluded that, this phase of share price downtrend could be the play of "indirect insider" or operator.........

Personally, accumulation completed...

Answer: Kanger BOD recognised a prospect of owning more Genting condos by proposing to buy more condos. I think it's a good investment by Kanger....
The problem is on the way/s how they will finance the acquisition. If they are opting to do more PP or ESOS – the NOSH will ballooning... I think not so good for us, the small investors.

Q2: ... boss bought at 5.8sen, we ikan bilis can get at 5.5 sen?

Answer: It depends on the market condition and other determinants.... Semua boleh jadi di bursa..

Actually, I sold all my holdings @Kanger because at that time the market was in a dark and chaotic. I panicked and worried if Kanger counter also will be affected with limit down (LD) “virus”. Therefore, I made decision to sold all my holding @Kanger with expectation the Kanger’s share price also will fall a lot.

My plan to re-enter @below 5.5 sen was determined at that time because I think I will get cheaper price, for example below 5,5 sen. Below 5.5 sen is a good bargain in the condition that SIS was priced @5.8 sen, therefore I think the incoming new PP should be set at least @5.8 sen. Usually in some companies, the price will be prop up to service the targeted price of new PP.

I will monitor the market.....All depend on the market and what will happen @Kanger counter. I have plan B, to set a new entry price, if can't get @my targeted entry price. Also, will consider to play more on the warrant. Last time, I gained a lot, added warrant @ 1.5 sen and sold it @3 sen and 4.5 sen.

STILL BELIEVE IN KANGER.

Technical reading from oversold can be changed to overbought in a short of time...

LKL revisited the lowest price of a year @13 sen and closed @13.5 sen.....

To make sure the warrant issuance exercise successful, the price of the mother share SHOULD be more than 13.5 sen!!!
