Ranking of the new AAGB Shares to be issued upon conversion of the RCUIDS and

The new AAGB Shares to be issued upon conversion of the RCUIDS and exercise of the
Warrants shall, upon allotment and issuance, rank equally in all respects with the then
existing AAGB Shares, save and except that they shall not be entitled to any dividends,
rights, allotments and/or other distributions which may be declared, made or paid to the
shareholders of the Company, the entitlement date of which is prior to the allotment date
of the new AAGB Shares to be issued upon conversion of the RCUIDS and exercise of the
Warrants.

Read carefully, don't confuse by people who simply highlight only "EXCEPT... OF OUR COMPANY"...

If the dividends entitlement date is before the allotment date of your new AAGB share, of course you will not entitle for the dividends.

Which mean, if the allotment date of your new AAGB share is before the dividends entitlement date, you will entitle for the dividends.

Already know that Airasia will need to raise fresh fund or money. If got investors willing to fork out money to take up 454m PP, this shows "those" investors confidence in AA businesses. Any new fund coming in is good for Airasia, at least increase the chances of airasia to stay in business.

PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk (“AAID” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the operating statistics for
the second quarter of the financial year 2020 (“2Q20”).
The Company posted a load factor of 42% for 2Q20, down by 40 percentage points (“ppt”) as compared
to the same period last year. The unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic severely impacted the Company’s

them to provide rapid test results before boarding in compliance with government regulations and health
authorities

Today, Airasia Thailand will announce Q2/2020 results.

Thai AirAsia (“TAA”) posted a passenger load factor of 52%, decreased from the same period last year,
due to the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic. As the government began easing some lockdown
measures, TAA gradually resumed domestic flights in May 2020 with the social distancing measure onboard to comply with the advice and regulations from government and health authorities. The social
distancing was eased in mid of June. In 2Q2020, TAA operated at 8% of total capacity compared with
the same period last year. With the encouraging rebound traffic seen, we operated at 18% of total
capacity in June 2020, which was more than doubled the May 2020 capacity. The number of passengers
carried during the quarter stood at 283,601 or declined by 95% Year-on-Year (“YoY”) to support the
movement of essential travellers and businesses. Available Seat Kilometres (“ASK”) dropped by 95% YoY
as there was an international flight ban during the period. This is reflected in the drop of average stage
length by 42% YoY. In 2Q2020, TAA has resumed service to 18 of its domestic destination, including
Bangkok to Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Hat Yai, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Si Thammarat,
Roi Et, Surat Thani, Trang, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, Buri Ram, Krabi, Nan, Narathiwat, Phitsanulok,
Phuket,and Sakon Nakhon. As a result, TAA has the leading capacity market share in Thailand

AA management should decide what to do on the fuel hedging and plane leasing as well, hope can see this in the QR. Thai AA has early terminate of leasing agreements which they need to pay a big sum of money to the leasing company.

Revenue for year 2018 break 10B. Business is growing. At current Brent oil price level AA should be able to have operating profit. Not matter how Q4 2018 making huge is very disappointing.

Q4 is still the strongest quarter in revenue 2.8B but the gap narrow to 200M different compare Q1 Q2 and Q3. Travel demand is huge through out the year.

AA is in the right business, question is profitability due to increase of operation cost like fuel cost and leasing cost. Also stiff competition from others airline. TF said AA did the right move in 2018 to make 2019 a great year for AA. Only result can tell.

Another plus point is AA cash flow is very healthy. Cash rich.
Company operation not problem.
With stable financial, company can continue to drive business improvements to stay competitive in the market.
Able to continue to reward shareholders with dividend. Not asking shareholders for money.

AA : Market undervalue us, it's not fair to our sharehokdr. Fine. We sell our non core business asset to reward our shareholder with handsome dividend. As the same time, we still doing good in our business, in fact our business is in expanding mode.

We venture into new territory to build more valuable asset. If market still did not give us a fair value. When time come, we will cash out our asset again to reward our shareholder.

I with AA for some time. Received 24 cents dividend, going to receive another 12 cents. I treat AA is my asset which can generate passive income and potentially to have very good capital gain at a point of time.
