This counter will drop further due to heavy selling by margin calls or force selling unless principal comes in to support prices but probably he is in deep shit too himself.

What happens today is as what I have predicted 2 mths ago. Mr Goh lost terribly due to wrong strategy & slow in action providing ample time for the Tan Family to recuperate & garnered votes >64%. Even if 100% shareholders turn up for the EGM also useless. Today's trades reflects Mr Goh conducting a sell-off aldy.

Mr Goh calling for EGM now is wasting time & resources. Too late to use such strategy & can backfires. Current trading volume & prices gives tell-tale sign the Tan family are prepared for EGM, to kick out Mr Goh.

@Michael Oh ........Mr Goh won't lose money as long as he is still interested in the Co. Just paper lost & use back the same sales money to buy back when bank conduct margin calls & forced selli when the family' couldn't top up. A double edged strategy to eradicate your enemy & lower the investment cost.

@Michael Oh .....For Mr Goh to control the Company is very easy. Take profit & sell the shares now to drift below 5sen will be good enough to create a margin call for The Tan Family alike to a fire in their backyard. Rumors told me the family is very very exhaustive on cash flow aldy.

Only 40mins+ volume > 16mil shows conducting cotango trades. Don't waste time on this counter or even attend their AGM as the Tan Family will used their proxies to achieve the agenda.

Why sudden aggressive buying today? Got hidden agenda？

I suspect something is brewing

I have been investing & speculating on this counter since 4 yrs ago. The trend has always been like that & repeating. Luckily I have sold everything since 3 mths ago & side-lined now for good bargains. Be careful & think twice before venturing since GE14 is approaching. As the old sayings which is always right, Cash is King!

Sandrakkc....tan1983.....paulthesotong....Pls refer to shareholders circular Dec2014. Banks holding the shares under debt settlement cannot sell it to the open mkt. It is placed under call & put option to aldy identified investors. Names of the investors was listed in the circular to take from the respective banks.

Tony9229.... Mah acquired the debt settlement block @ 0.105 & not the placement shares. He cannot acquire the placement block @ 0.15 as what was stated in the shareholders circular in Dec 2014.

If today vol below 5mil, be careful....it could mean syndicate has gone into hibernation & v hv to wait for next cycle to happen.

Buy today sell tomolo for quick profit. Syndicate has to push tomolo to cotango T+4.

Julian Foo just acquired the 1st tranche @ 0.105sen. He will acquire 2nd tranche same qty in April as according to circular announced in last Dec.
