Here are some of the key factors:
1. Financial performance: EATECH has a strong track record of financial performance. The company has been profitable for the past 10 years, and its revenue and earnings have been growing steadily.
2. Valuation: EATECH is trading at a relatively low valuation. The company's price-to-earnings ratio is below the average for its industry.
3. Technical analysis: The technical analysis suggests that the stock is in a neutral trend. This could mean that it is a good time to buy.
4. Risks: EATECH is exposed to the cyclical nature of the oil and gas industry. Its stock price could be volatile if there is a downturn in the industry. Additionally, the company is facing increasing competition from foreign players, which could put pressure on its margins.
And yes, there are some patterns of smart money in the technical chart of E.A. Technique Berhad (EATECH).
Last but not least, TAYOR.

Not yet, but it will come. Read the trend.
From a technical analysis perspective, E.A. Technique Berhad (EATECH) is currently trading in a sideways trend. The stock has been trading between the support level of RM0.1700 and the resistance level of RM0.1850 for the past few months. The RSI indicator is currently at 50, which indicates that the market is neither overbought nor oversold. The MACD indicator is also showing a neutral signal.
The overall technical analysis suggests that EATECH is in a neutral trend. The stock is likely to continue to trade between the support and resistance levels in the near future. However, if the stock breaks above the resistance level of RM0.1850, it could signal a bullish trend. On the other hand, if the stock breaks below the support level of RM0.1700, it could signal a bearish trend.
Here are some of the key technical indicators for EATECH:
RSI: 50
MACD: Neutral
Support: RM0.1700
Resistance: RM0.1850
Trend : sideway
Suggestion : Buy/hold
Mode : Accumulate

I layout a situation before and after price consolidation based on the PROPOSED REGULARISATION PLAN :
Before the consolidation, the investor held 30,600 shares, which were bought at a price of RM 0.325 per share. Therefore, the total value of the investor's shares before the consolidation was:
30,600 shares x RM 0.325 per share = RM 9,945
After the consolidation, every 15 shares will be consolidated into 1 consolidated share. Therefore, the investor's 30,600 shares will be consolidated into:
30,600 shares / 15 = 2,040 consolidated shares
If the theoretical adjusted reference price per EATECH share after the consolidation is RM 5.3250, then the value of the investor's consolidated shares will be:
2,040 consolidated shares x RM 5.3250 per consolidated share = RM 10,863
Therefore, the value of the investor's shares after the consolidation would be RM 10,863, which is more than the initial value of RM 9,945 before the consolidation.

I dont think ‘company’ in eatech case. Its more ‘a person’ which is we know as the white samurai/white knight who will rise as new substantial shareholder.

The meaning of merger & mandatory take over:
A mandatory takeover refers to a situation in which a company is legally required to make an offer to acquire a minimum percentage of the outstanding shares of another company, typically a public listed company, based on certain criteria or conditions set forth by relevant regulations or laws.
This can occur, for example, when one company acquires a large enough stake in another company's shares that triggers a mandatory offer to buy the remaining shares. In such cases, the company acquiring the shares must offer to purchase the remaining shares at a price that is fair and equitable to all shareholders, typically at a premium to the current market price.
The purpose of mandatory takeover rules is to ensure that all shareholders of the target company are treated fairly and equitably in the event of a takeover, and that no shareholder is left at a disadvantage. The rules also aim to prevent potential acquirers from using unfair tactics or manipulating the market in order to gain control of a company.
