Due to its poor performance, there is no point in delving deep into the financial report of the past 2 years. The performance has been consistently dismal even in q1 and q2 of 2023.. the same happened here in SGX, many blue chips consumer stocks, S reits have underperformed in recent years. Despite slightly better performance, these stocks share price have hit its lowest point last year and recently...and has remained low since then

Lucky that the share price didn't fall below RM4 in FY2023. It would have dropped to RM2 if it were another stock..我很感恩❤

Look at its q1 and q2 performance, we must recognize that the yearly financial performance is one of the worst. The hope lies in FY2024.

If you are prepared.. to hold the stock for 2-3 years with a TP of RM10, whether it is at a share price of RM5 or 6 ...doesn't make a difference.

People will sell, so there is No point in the share price moving up at this juncture..
maybe it will rise after the q4 financial reporting
