PP at 1.80 per share. Current price 2.86- 1.80 = 1.06 x 559 mil = 593.54 mil / 2783000000 total shares =0.21 cts per share dilution.
This is small amount of dilution when exercise in 26 January 2017 expiry as compared to already earned 2 quarters revenue 49.17 cts eps plus q 3 & q 4 earnings and if the sale of AAC

Postponement PP means that Sale of AAC may happen before PP and hence all shareholders will also be rewarded in the shorter term. This is only my personal view

Having said that AA is gold mine and can hold for long

This PP arises in a need circumstance that AA needs more capital and planes to capture the rapid growth and overall is also the founders commitment and raising more of their own stake and control in the company instead of depending on institutional and retail investors.

There is an opportunity for PP to fund rapid growth in AA and the future profits on the PP funding growth is captured and ploughing back into the company raising substantial share value in the foreseeable future. This will be the big picture!
