But it still menage to TRICKED few retail buyer buy into 0.025...soon this buyers realized they got tricked n no body buy higher frm them..want sell at cost 0.025 need to JOIN THE LOSER q SELLER qty almost 2,000,000 LOTS!!

MoU is NOTHING,bcos u can sign as many as u like, its NOT a partnership contract, everyone can SIGN MoU especially SAME LIKE all those Delisted chinese shoe stock n penny counters in mlsia bursa last time.
its can be VOID anytime...normally use to CREATE NEWS...RIGHT ISSUE dan JUAL to you guys?!? Hahaaa...Operator PP cost much lower..

MoU void after SHARK sell off all shares..
OPTION 2:

MoU turn into partnership contract, RIGHT ISSUE collect money from YOU Investos, provide MICRO-FINANCING...
2.after mths yrs..."Declared BAD DEBT unable to collect"...
3. "BAD DEBT WRITTEN OFF"
4. RED LOSE making MONEY Q Financial Report again....
5. ...POOOOFFFFF the MONEY IS GONE like MAGIC!!
