I will continue to hold my Put until it breach 26650 (cut lose) .Then only turn to ''Call''

Based on my own view HSi shall fall at first before rebounding to fulfil the whole charting process .

According to my previous analyst that there is no prove that the CCCR announcement will push the market up .50%-50% .

However there is beyond our control and that depend to the MM weather want to push to upside or downside .

Anywhere we will see what is the China & HS movement this morning to confirm the next direction .

-Buy when 26650 breakthrough with target
27200 and 27650
-Cut Lose :26450

-Sell as long as trade below 26650 with target
26020 and 25600.

This chart is showing to you the history of the movement after announcement and take effect .

According to the history China has cut twice the on April and June and yesterday china has cut once again that's mean total 3 times for this year .

Based on the history the reaction for the announcement and take effect as below:


April 2018
-17th April 2018 (Announced) -Market Reaction up 750 points (2 days)
-25th April 2018 (Take Effect) Fall back 750points (2 days)


June 2018
-24th APril 2018 (Announced )-Market Reaction fall 1600 points (6days)

-5th July 2018 (take Effect) -Market Reaction up 1200points (4 days)



So what next for Oct 2018 ???

-9th Oct 2018 (ANnounced) -WHat is the direction ? Up or down ?

-15th Oct 2018 (Take Effect)-WIll do opposite way same as previously ?



Are we heading to 25600 or 27600??

Next week will test to break below 26000

Look like few ppl holding put overnight

My target still remain the same 26000

To9 US session.may test today low 26350

Trading Idea for today :

HSF yesterday fall and hit as low as 26250 (yesterday target) and rebound back to current level 26400 .

We may see this morning HS try to hit 26500 -26600 (recharge) before test the 26000 level .

However if 1st session fail for rebounding and may test 26000 level.
If this happen at first we may see quick rebound when touch 26000 level otherwise more downside may occur .

Here is an explanation

Trading Idea:

HSI may test 26750 before heading to next support at 26200 then 26000.

However if any one of scenario happen at first such as :

(1) -Break below 26490 may open a door to next support at 26200 then 26000.

(2) -Break above 26750 may open a door to fill the gap at 27080

Final decision is yours !

It may test 26750-26800 before another selling round.

However if fail to break further at 26650 then is gone case.

HSi going to test 26750 wave IV before re_
-test 26200 (wave V)

If do rebound back to 27080 then the whole chart pattern will spoilt . Since MM choose to break the 26850 and break further 26600 i believe they press also according to the chart pattern (head & Shoulder ) untill 26000 level .

hanwen hanwen Assuming tonite NY close @ 27080, with the day's double tops set-up,
1.we shud expect Thurs morning opening to swing between 26980 -- 27180 (200).
2. A 300-400 height of 27280-27380 is a clear sign of deliberate MM's trap
3. That would be a good short-level for Bears!!!

Intraday Trading Idea

Based on last 2days HSI movement in rangebound in betweem 26850 - 27250 (400points up and down )

HSI this morning hit around 26900 area and suggesting will rebound back to yesterday high at 27250 (9.00am-10.00am)



Dow Jones yesterday make a new high at 26950 and today may test to break 27000 level.

HSI downside risk look limited and probably will rebound today .


However if fail to hold the support at 26850 then selling pressure will resume to test next target 26600.

Decision is yours.
