We can find out if a person is genuine or not. Just click on the ID and Click Comment, you can find how many comment he has made. If only one or two, means it is most probably a fake ID trying to ask people to sell so that he can buy cheaper if the price go down. As such, just ignore the comment he has made. The same person can create multiple fake IDs.
