Carepls made much less profit if to compare with others glove companies.
You can see from nett sales and profit earned may be 1% and others gloves company 5%.
Other than the production cost that they have to improve immediately,carepls has to look at the marketing system.
I think with ansell be carepls partner,the production cost improve futher and the same to their marketing system.
Carepls will have more relaible customers and nett workings.
Future is bright for this company, if they can improved their operations.

If carepls accounting rules follow this system,chances that the receivable can be added back as a
Profit if they can collect the payment.

I would like to share about trade receivable that was mention by a few of the forum members regarding carepls 1qtr result.
Base from my previous international company that l worked,the accounting system has provision for the receivable.
Eg, if the payment is not collected
after 12 months from invoice date,account department wll make make provision for the amount,meaning will minus the provision amount from the profit made for that year.
If can be collected the following year,the provision amount will be added back to the profit and lost of that year.
