Longkang investor, sori to tell you your logic doesn't make sense. This stock was at 99cents a mth ago to 1 ringgit and now it's 40cents down and you ask to hold 9mths to a year? It's not so much abt keeping 1years but abt being manipulated. It is already obvious he offered two different % against the NTA for PJDEv and Oskprop based on his own holding.

Icon8888 & invest333 makes most sense. Even if it shoots up end of this week, the risk of OLH manipulation is higher. The manipulation may not cost you to literally lose money but it will make you hold the share for sometime. My chance ratio I believe is 70/30. 30% it will move fast only and 70% it will be manipulated and delay the rise.

Why he suddenly felt compelled to advice the ppl here in this forum is beyond me since the last incident when he did not warn the ppl here when there was a down turn in the stocks he recommended just becoz they didn't pay him. Now he is like advising ppl to buy again. See buy he will tell sell he tell his newsgroup.

Btw Net Asset per share is 2.17 and possible risk is still on property sector. It's a safer buy since its 38% discount but weight your intended volume of buy as it may take sometime to happen

My take is very simple, make ppl see your point but don't try to convince ppl to buy. OTB has contradicted himself many times. Whether you buy or not to me it doesn't make any difference to me. But OTB a seems very hard up to give confidence to ppl to buy earlier on in Mar period by saying this is his no 1 buy. Does he need to convince ppl this way? When ppl are stuck, does he help them financially? Of course not so why convince ppl like that?

Yes TrueinvestorKL, If you ask me, it's OTB the expert so called SIFU who sell sell sell on this counter. He claim this was his no 1 counter and L& G was his second with a million shrs bought. Many now trap while smart investor casually buys in. All OTB can say is "I don't recommend to buy more"??? If he is confident why ask ppl to just keep? L&G a also not doing well. Is he a sifu or seafood? Just my opinion not looking for quarell
