wow, should be something better than the dividend coming.

My guess is that after the price adjustment tomorrow 25th Nov bonus issue, the price will go up because of the dividend provided on 28th Nov. Whenever it goes up to a certain rate, the major shareholder family would start disposing the shares again and repurchase at a lower price.

Today and tomorrow should be a good buy. Lets see how it goes.

Report is positive, just that we don't know what things are going there, future, etc. So just wait and see for their next announcement. Perhaps if there's any staff over there to enlighten us what is going on there?

"KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 13): Automotive air-conditioning parts and accessories manufacturer Autoair Holdings Bhd (Autoair) ( Financial Dashboard) sees Karyon Industries Bhd (Karyon)’s chairman Loh Chen Yook emerged as one of its substantial shareholders.

According to a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Loh comes to own a deemed interest of 13.64% or 6 million shares in Autoair following his acquisition of shares in Galactrans Sdn Bhd today.

Loh, who was a veteran in the property development sector, was also the managing director of Perduren (M) Bhd (Perduren) ( Financial Dashboard) until Mar 31 this year. He resigned from Perduren citing that he needed more time to attend to his “other personal commitments”.

As a PN17 company, Autoair has up to Nov 15, 2014 to submit its regularisation plan.

Autoair closed unchanged at 12 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of just RM5.28 million."

Why is this karyon supporting this losing PN17 company? Or is it a trick to get away with all the investors money and shift it to this company? If you see the changes in shareholding (director), more weird things you'll find out there, selling and acquiring one another in the family.

Stagnant for very long already. Guess can only keep this as a fixed deposit. At least it wont go down much and wont go up much either. Not a growth stock.

You know when they will be issuing? Haven't have any announcement yet for the bonus issue.

Overall market not good, nothing to do with the report. Many shares are affected. If got holding power still worth holding.

Their projects have been making good money for the company. The price should go upwards if they could still maintain such profit in future. Maybe as that to gmutual current price. In long term it's good, but short term maybe syndicate is controlling. But how much they're controlling it would always set back at a min 14.5sen if you study the chart.

Hmm no one interested in the div? I have kept since 1.24. at least still got div.. looks ppl r avoiding property counters.

I'm also still keeping for the past month. But still okay can keep since doesn't have any negative news and their profit still remains positive. Nothing to worry about.

Impartiality might be right. I have sold all my units just now. Not just this stock but any other property counter as well. You can see that the trading volume is becoming lesser and lesser on property counters. Unless there is good news on the property market, otherwise it is going downtrend now. Been high up too much after the election.

I'm still a rookie so I might not be right. But I compared it based on global market. US market has rebound a bit, but the middle east market is very bad. Property stocks is on a cooling period currently, not good for contra players but if you're keeping this stock for few months time it should be good.

I have purchase few lots at 0.63 so lets see how it goes. U may have a look at asiapac as well. From my point of analysis this 2 stocks have good fundamentals. Just my personal research opinion.

ivory looks good, but the fact that it doesn't gives any dividend makes it questionable and loses its appeal. Despite having a bad global market this stock could still sustain at this price is quite good.

Global market still not good, but support level should be between 12.5-13.5cents. Even got good news also hard to raise up the share price. In long term it's still a good company if u read the reports.

Bought a lot at 0.135 and obtain some in 0.125. Keeping it for long term. Should worth more than 30cents in long term with its current development pace. It's too undervalued
