The counter has been experiencing capital loss over the past 3 years and has recently bought into 4 companies with landbanks. Judging from their action, perhaps the owner and ML have long term plan for the company. Since company share is traded at an all time low, could it be they have found opportunity in sweeping the company units at a bargain. For the first time in the oast 3 years, the share price has remains stable, fluctuates between RM 0.215 and RM 0.225 for a period of 3 mths ++ with heavy purchasing.

I believe many have accumulated the units in anticipation of the potential capital gain after hearing the good news. The units are accumulated since 3 mths ago and to push up the price, one will need significant amt of money, to buy off units from those who have collected tonne of units earlier.

MITRA has a few more on-going projects and the profits generated are yet to be captured during the issuance of the last qtrly report. I agree with ESPESP's view on collection. Now may be the best time to enter MITRA.

When it does not happened, the same person fed the forum with threats and traps news and again, without any supporting evidence. Manufacturing sector is not doing well as both Batu Kawan & KLK (In palm oil industry) profit is dragged down by poor manufacturing sector performance.

I have my concerned based on these fact. Sincerely hope UEMs property development sector is doing better than manufacturing sector.

Tabung Haji has started investing in UEMs as of last Friday. I took that as good news. Went in at RM 1.12. The quarterly p&l report will be out by the end of this mth, sincerely hope will give this counter the boost by then.
