the only real tangible thing here is the RM 10 mil raised via 1 bil right issues. Say i have 400 mil at RM 0.01, my cost is RM 4 mil. At current 25 sen per ARB-PA, i disposed off 400 mil x 25 sen = RM 100 mil. If mother share higher with whatever fancy numbers, and PA goes to 50 sen, my 400 mil PA now worth RM 200 mil. Is my math correct?

30th April - disposal of 49% of Aturmaju sabah holdings for RM 5.6 mil cash. Orgininal inveatment in 2003 for that 49% equity was RM 30 mil..Now disposal RM 5 mil...Make loss or gain huh??

1) Prior to the 1 bil unit right issues, the company has secured RM 5.9 mil ERP job from a "manufacturing" customers for duratuin of 6 to 9 months from Aug 1018.[pay attention on timing]. They are also in discusssion with 3 other prospects for RM 9 mil worth of ERP project. Total about RM 15 mil. Compare this number with latest 2 quarters IT segment revenue. They are so close the number. Can the last 2 quarters result be repeatable?

2) the Trade Receiveable burgeon from RM 1.1 mil to RM 17.7 mil in 6 months..No money collected?

3) 1 bil ARB-PA. compared to so little Outstanding shares. One might not want to see the reality of the dilutive effect. Bear in mind, nobody will convert 20 PA to 1 monther share in future. EPS is?

4) 20 mil Yess gross merchandise value is really making everybody happy

5) RM 78 mil project? wake up!! It is only a portion of it to be IT project. And is subject to the ability of RM 78 mil loan from bank. If cannot get, sorry lo!!!
