Don't worry how they going to do, I want you to look at this;

1. Similar biz Dsonic. Profit RM60M a year, Market Cap RM1.8B, P.e 31
2. S5/ ALB. Profit RM60M, Market Cap RM145m.
3. With existing biz alone ALB can jump to 12 x of current market cap.
4. That doesn't include niis RM1.5 Billion project and other biz from new govt.
5. Possible Market cap can reach to 3-4 Billion

They said they going to use independent valuer to determine the value. I think they will issue new shares to S5 so they will have majority and after that will call MGO for rest of the shares they didn't own ( again the valuation hasn't determine yet and I won't accept their MGO at whatever price) once S5 already in then the true valuation start kick in. The par value of 10sen not important, for example they can issue more share to S5 if valuer decide on higher price. People think they can get 10 sen is just ignorant the deals not for you and certainly the value of shell co i.e. Alb is about 5% value of S5, so they can't sell high to S5 but they knew they will ride on S5 success.

My opinion and chart...I think will stabilise at this price.

I gave timely warning about connect. That already history, the future is now with Alb. Myeg, Ancom are reputable and straight away suspend all their trading after signing HOA and make announcement immediately.

As I said the objective and target are still the same but now on different vehicle/stocks. I believe a minimum ALB will growth by tenfold before end of this year. I have some experienced in this industry and I being waiting for S5 listing all these years. If you can afford to buy some and keep it, will be great.

Be objective, S5 bringing a minimum RM60M a year to ALB. (In fact in they can give a profit guarantee). Now how much you/investor willing to pay? Don't worry how much S5 pay for this shell co, they are not selling it to you that price. In stock market we always value by p.e. Similar co; Dsonic p.e. 32.

They sell cheap (shell co) to S5 but not to you or other, because the value with S5. Ancom knew 5% of 900m plus plus (going to be 2-3B market cap) is better than ALB current biz.

No need to ask some more. HOD has been signed, Ancom, Myeg and S5. Cut here and move to ALB, same target different vehicle.
