The closing date for the offer shall not later than 15 march 2021. However, the offeror shall not revise the offer after 1st of march 2021....it is listed in the offer document posted on 12 jan. (page 15)....

I think felda just having around 69 percent of fgv shares... Public shareholding spread at 23.93%, may not mean felda is holding 76.07...need to check the definition of public investor..... Maybe there are some non-public investors still holding the shares and yet to sell to felda...

Now hope for ECRL land acquisition for eden. Someone said the chairman mentioned in AGM that it will be done in Q1 of 2021...not sure is true or not. Just wait until end of march.
