The current factory was never at full capacity anyway in the past so that will ramp up now with the Inventec business. So Scope can raise their earnings for the next two or three quarters on the current factory first before the second factory starts production. I tend to agree with Foker mostly on the above with some slight variation. My fair value is 27 but if the earnings growth climbs in the next few quarters then it is definitely worth over 30 based on pe comparison with the peers in bursa

I'm still holding my Sam. At forward PE ratio based on current qr eps of 18 sen x4, if taken at industry pe of 38 is worth rm27,. Still hugely undervalued compared against its peers

Don't forget Inventec now owns nearly 8% of scope and increasingly moving the business here to Malaysia from Taiwan. Expected to do over rm100 million revenue for fy22. For the record the last financial year was only less than rm20 million revenue
