If 90% of their revenue is from services? tell me what rate does their service specialist charge per man-day? Assume as many specialist you want out of its 1700 workers and derive the revenue.....

BTW, i am from O&G and i would like to think that O&G Malaysia is the most transparent industry. The days where you can be most expensive and win jobs are things in the 80s and 90s.

yes, his presentation is all masked by this 'sustainability' word for ages etc...no real info on what they do...how they derive those spectacular revenue...what value they add to rewarded millions...

its all just empty air.....

and that is at full manpower utilization

even if use the whole work of 1770 people (which includes admin & internal workshop which should be exculded), at max you can get 300m per qtr


Revenue of billion completely does not make sense...

but i am appalled by how ignorant analyst are also...

i believe their service engineers who actually work on call basis , would have a max charge of Eur 400 per day

take 600 fellows on avg x 90 days per qtr you get service revenue of:

= max 90m per qtr...

makes sense, we have another way to check what is more realistic revenue...

Serba 25% revenue from Malaysia? Even that i am doubtful. How much is Dayang's revenue in Malaysia? 1B? Serba is smaller in Malaysia than Dayang, how to do 1B?
The biggest O&G companies in Malaysia namely Sapura & MMHE only roughly do RM1B per year for Malaysia business.
For Serba business in Malaysia, RM100-200M would be a more realistic figure. You just have to look at few years before their listing to get an idea.
For those who think they are supporting BUMI company, think twice. Karim is a Chinese.
When it comes to crook, many in KLSE are Chinese. BTW, i am chinese too

we never know how price will behave for SCIB, Kpower etc...perhaps already priced in

but one thing for sure - serba had been making myr billions of fake transaction
