If you still not confident. Look at the history for the past 19 years. Ibhd had been declare divd every year without a miss. At current price, the yield is much better than fd. Just buy and keep. Sure will up very soon.

Why no one question on mell after taken 700mil from sumatec and yet generate zero revenue and dare to terminate the agreement and forfeit all deposit $$$. Make no sense at all. Should take all the mgt to jail.

currently the group rely on operating cashflow generate from langkawi operation to cover bintan operation, the additional 100 tents will definitely help to boost operating cashflow for the year 2019. If this run sucessfully, landmark have good change to breakeven this year. once this is proven in the coming qtr report, i think tp can revise to rm1.

for financial year 2018. Total revenue is about 100mil. (70mil from langkawi + 30mil from bintan). looking at the addition 100 tent, i believe bintan will double its revenue to 60mil in 2019. new tent already start operate in May2019. total tent available in bintan is now 200 units. Additional tent is expected to bring additional income to the group.
