The quickest way to reduce VC free float is for the directors to be substantial shareholders or to invite high net worth individuals with holding power to buy into VC. Once this happen it will attract many more investors to also come in & VC will simply take off like MYSCM to above $1.00

You are right jt18. We hope one day VC will be like MMAG ,& MYSCM. Amongst the 3 companies that CSY have substantial interest bought VC because of it's better fundamentals yet stuck at $0.08 and refuse to move even beyond $0.10 I believe one day CSY being the major shareholder needs to unlock VC to maximize and leverage its value. Otherwise CSY will not be in a win win situation and will in fact lose money. If the no of VC free float can be reduce drastically less chances of weak holders to simply cut loss or take quick profit.

Many KLSE companies the directors keep on buying into their own company. When insiders (ie directors) buy it creates confidence to the nvestors that something good is going to happen to the company Investors will take the positive news and likewise also start to buy. If directors are selling or not holding shares investors will also have doubts investing. CPH & EG start buying now!

MMAG & MMAG WB is at $0.55 & $0.43 is because the shareholders of MMAG are simply not selling. Hardly any sellers. Looking at VC annual report Dato still have 5M shares. Don't know whether he has sold off by now or parking to make another play when timing is right.

I always maintain that the Company's directors must be substantial shareholders to show commitment. In the case of VC only CSY is a substantial shareholder with 29% stake. All other directors have disposed their shares. For VC price to rise other directors need to buy back to become substantial shareholders or the company initiated a share buy back scheme so as to reduce the number of free float in the market. Once the no of free float is reduced substantially I am sure VC price will fly.

Despite the MCO VC revenue increased in the 1st qtr compared to same qtr last financial year. VC returned to the black. VC current price at $0.075 can be considered undervalued compared to many PN17 & loss making companies being priced much higher. Good potential for VC price to move higher. Operating losses if any should be in line with expectations. Bank assets should be healthy in view of the inflow from conversion of VC-PA.

There are many companies with NTA much lower than VC yet 400-500% higher. Even price of some PN17 companies are much higher than VC. If you sell there are some smart investors who will be busy accumulating. The way forward to resolve VC price stagnation is to reduce the no of free float in the market by having directors committed to hold substantial VC shares.. CSY cannot afford to dump much since she is the only director with substantial shares. To Maggiemee question: MYSCM got a money lending license same as VC. MYSCM now only going to get shareholders approval to diversify into money lending business. Have not yet start money lending business already shot up to $0.32 VC started money lending business already & also got approval for offshore money broking business in Labuan yet trading only at $0.065 Is this logical? There is a limit many long term fundamental retail investors can support with limited bullets. Need help of corporate raiders to make a play for VC. A good question is whether CSY is still financially strong to defend VC against a challenger more serious than NSK

Since no directors except CSY is a substantial shareholder it means that theoretically there are 713M free float VC shares. Such a high no of free float is a target for takeover. Hopefully some high net worth individuals or venture capitalists will make a play for VC If this happens VC will fly.

Since MYSCM announced on 24 June to diversify into money lending business its share price from $0.15 have doubled to $0.305 today. VC with money lending license & approval from Bank Negara to carry on money broking business in Labuan is priced at $0.065 I asked you whether VC at $0.065 is under valued? If CSY can push MYSCM to $0.305 with just proposal to diversify into money lending business, VC actually already into the business is only at $0.065. Does not make sense!
