Forced selling is nothing to do with company being good or bad. Is the bank which force the borrower to sell in order to bring the loan equity ratio back to an agreed level.

honestly looking at all the high tech companies within the KNM group, it is beyond comprehension that the share price of KNM is hovering around RM0.20 a market cap of RM630mil a mere 120mil in Euro.

Private placement is good. It shows that people outside of the company has confidence in KNM and is willing to invest in the company. Ask yourself, are you willing to put your money into a company if you can't see any potential.

The stock has consolidated and built firm support at the 200-day EMA line since mid-Dec 2019. However, buying interest emerged yesterday. Along with a bullish signal in the Stochastic, this indicates a potential rebound and recovery in the near term.

Average volume past 4 weeks was 40million. That's only less than 2% of total shares. If you think that a company share price is determined by the 2% then you are missing the point. 98% of share holders are holding to their shares and will ultimately decide the price.

On my maybank trading app the idss volume is 113,337 lots out of a total volume of 350,369.
Since the idss sellers sell 113,337 they have to buy back at the end of day the same volume of 113,337 meaning they contributed 226,674 lots out of the total volume of 350,369. Thus if we take away idss transactions we are left with only 123,695 lots as the day normal traded volume.
In another word, idss stood at approximately 65% which is way too high thus preventing the share price from appreciating. A lot of other counters do not allow short selling, why can’t KNM do the same???
