The court proceeding would have started today had it not been hastily cancelled at the 11th hour.
Presbhd would have been 'Limit Up' by now as most of us had anticipated. However...it didn't work out that way.
Well....all is not lost. This battle is definitely not over yet. We still have something to look forward to. By law...the GOM cannot proceed with the issuance of LA this august for the new NIIS contract as planned...unless and until this fiasco with Presbhd is settled.

I have dealt with many goverment contracts before and I can tell you the government can just cancel the projects that have been tendered out without giving any reasons....provided the LA has not been given out yet. Like the NIIS contract that was tendered out to Myeg...Dsonic...Iris....etc.....they can always cancel out without having to give any reason whatsoever bcoz the LA has not been given.

It would not be fair and obviously Presbhd would not agree to a JV with anyone else bcoz the SKIN project was initially given to them solely with 3.5 bil contract amount. Nobody else was in the picture before.

Deep down I feel something strange and something fishy about all this drama. It keeps troubling me that something is not right somewhere. I studied back all the volumes traded for the past few weeks. I made a conclusion...it could not just be retailers or ikan bilis who bought all those millions shares.
Why did they change the judge and the dates at the 11th hour? Could it be that both sides already kowtim secretly as cicakman said? One thing for sure ...the GOM has already mentioned that they are not going to fork out any extra allocation for any mega government projects. I'm very sure they are not going to give away 733mil just like that without getting anything back in return. They know if this thing goes through court proceeding....they will surely lose out. They tried that twice and failed. The ONLY option left is to reinstate the NIIS project to Presbhd. I believe everyone will be caught by surprise and unprepared once they make the announcement later on.

DJI already up 411 pts.
Tomorrow Presbhd can move back up.

Pradeep......They cheated us on the court case. Everything should have worked in our favour as planned if they didn't change the date at the very last minute.

DJI rebounded tonight. Tomorrow Bursa will be green.

Yes cicakman....we all want you to continue to be here. I feel very comfortable when you are around. A lot of us have been here from the beginning....and I feel we are already quite attached. I will be here as well and try to contribute as much as I can to the group.

In just two bloody days.....last friday & today......millions of ringgit have been wiped out from unsuspecting retailers. They simply postponed the date of trial to their convenience and in doing so...a lot of innocent fingers have been badly burnt. This is the reality of our legal system now.

Purposely done....so that they can goreng and make hundreds of millions a few rounds.....retailers and ikan bilis will be deep fried in the process.

p.s Now they are working for out of court settlement....ie reinstatement of project. GOM already knew they would lose out 733 mil if the court proceeding continues on 1st-3rd July.

Yes...I agree....those who don't have the courage should stay away from this counter.

I like this counter....it gives you an adrenaline rush and really challenge you to the core. The way I see it....only seasoned players can overcome the intense pressure and go against the panic crowd. Most of the retailers buckled under pressure.

If DJI is good tonight....it may rebound further tomorrow.

Thats why I said earlier......keep a cool head. Don't sell cheap!
