Well, there is no right nor wrong in a stock market. It depends on your holding power.

soojinhou : if u use only PER / Div yield and net cash as the factors to analyse a stock fundamentals, then u r digging own grave. u should look at EV/ EBITDA, ROE, and the IV of a stock. Apart from these, u should also see who the directors are. I am not sure about the Valuetronics in SGX as i dont follow external markets, but i feel VS has a very strong performance + directors to lead it.
