Good results in a difficult market. Why is MCC interested in Super? Expansion? Super is in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and China. Is it a good buy? Results seems to say yes. Reasonably cheap to acquire in USD terms.

Yes dividends ex. Payment date 26 May. The x date of 25 May is for 1 share to 5 shares proposal. At 15.98 now price should adjust to around 3.20 on x date.

Due diligence ongoing. It is normal more than 30 days less than 60 days. Hopefully they decide to proceed with share offer at higher price.
